The Patient Notification System (PNS) is a free, confidential, 24-hour communication system that provides information on plasma-derived and recombinant factor product withdrawls and recalls in North America. The PNS system will notify you by phone, email, or fax based upon your preference chosen when you reigster. In addition, you will receive a letter by first class mail.
